FAQs

  • Our vintage caravan bar will require a power source. If there is no power at your event site, no need to worry - we will arrange a generator!

  • No. All alcohol must be purchased by you. To make your event as stress free as possible, we have regular suppliers of kegs & alcohol - we will provide you with a price list and all you need to do is fill out the order forms, email it through, settle the account 4 weeks prior to the events and we will do the rest. Alternatively you can source and supply all the alcohol independently if this is what you would prefer. We will provide you with a suggested amount of alcohol for your specified number of guests.

  • All events are very different, therefore we can not provide a set price. We will get back to you the same day with an obligation free quote, if you send through an enquiry on the contact page of our website or email us.

  • The minimum time Hyre Collective can be hired for an event is 2 hours.

  • Contact us to get a quote and ensure your event date is available. If you want to go ahead, we will require a 30% deposit to secure your booking date. The remaining balance is due 4 weeks prior to the event. Once we have your deposit we will provide you with all the info you need to select your drinks and decor.

  • 3.8m long x 2.3m wide x 2.5m high (12 foot)

  • This varies depending on the length of your serving time, your guests and what drinks you will be serving - we can go through all this with you and provide you with a suggested estimate

  • We sure do - we are covered for up to $20 million

  • Our mobile caravan bars are an all-inclusive bartending service. All you have to do is to buy your drinks, and we'll take care of everything else: menu creation and drink service for your event.

  • We recommend buying your keg from Liquor Traders and Aussie Liquor discounts.
